The aroon indicator identify if the market prices are changing from trend move to a range and vice versa. This indicator trading was developed by Tushar Chande to determine the market trend.
This indicator has 3 levels, 0, 50 and 100. The downtrend market is identified when aroon down is trade below the 50 level and uptrend market identified when aroon up is trade above 50.
