This Simple Moving Average system runs just after 11:00 GMT. Before open trading position you have to open the news calendar and look for major news. Open trading position after big news release. If there is no important news we trade at 12:30 GMT.
Plot the Simple moving average on your trading chart, 20 SMA and momentum indicator period 5. SMA and momentum indicator are the standard indicators in metatrader 4 trading platform. Open chart with 30 minutes time frame, and you can trade any pair such EURUSD, GBPUSD or USDCAD with high volatility. Open buy position if the candlestick bar closes and trades above the 20 SMA Simple moving average and momentum is above average. Open sell position if the candlestick bar closes and trades below the 20 SMA simple moving average and momentum is below average.
Profit target at least 20 pips, or you can use the trailing stop . Your stop loss is 20 pips. If 20 SMA cross the market price against your trading direction, you should close your trading position.
This SMA trading system can be used in any time frame, I choose the US session because in this session have high volatility and strong movements.
