Price action is a tool of forex trading that focuses on market price fluctuation. As a foreign exchange trader we difficult to analyze what will happen in the next movement, it's almost impossible. Based on that in this article I will share some easy method that we can easily read the market price movement using price action
Analyzing Swing movement
On the first price action method we still keep this saying the trend is your friend, don't ever try against the trend. We can easily read and define the market trend using price action. For instance bullish trend will often be presented with lower lows and higher highs and for bearish trend will often be presented with lower highs and lower lows.
Use price action to define strong support and resistance levels
The swing movement in the forex trading market is the essence at which supply and demand.
